Warranty and Returns
The short version: calibrations and turbo kits carry a one year limited warranty. A tune can come back within 30 days for a refund less a 15 percent restocking fee. If we have not delivered your calibration, you get every dollar back. Hardware is exchanged if it arrives dead and is otherwise final. Email first, and ship nothing until we say so.
Limited warranty
Calibrations: one year from the date of purchase. Covered: the calibration does not run as sold on the engine code, hardware and fuel you ordered it for, and your logs show it. We revise it at no charge until it does. Logs and revisions are part of every tune, not a warranty claim.
Turbo kits: one year from the day the kit ships, against manufacturing defects in the parts we supplied. The warranty covers the kit, not the engine, drivetrain or anything the kit is bolted to.
Injectors, ECU cores and the GTS cable: dead on arrival only. Tell us within 30 days of delivery for an injector set or the cable, and within 14 days for an ECU core, which is a used part. We exchange the part once the failed one is back with us.
Apparel: final sale.
Not covered: damage from misuse, abuse, incorrect installation, the wrong fuel, or a car that was not healthy when the tune or the part went on. We may ask for the part or the ECU back to inspect it, and we decline claims where the part has been tampered with or misused.

Returns and refunds
Tunes: within 30 days of purchase, for a refund of the tune price less a 15 percent restocking fee. Custom calibrations are final: Stage 3, Stage 4 and any calibration written for a specific build.
How a tune comes back: your original calibration was read and kept before anything was written. Flash it back with the GTS cable, tell us, and we confirm from the flasher record and issue the refund.
If the ECU cannot be flashed at home: an ECU that will not communicate, or no laptop to flash with, is handled by mail-in. Email us first, wait for the go ahead, then ship the ECU. We put the original calibration back on the bench and refund the same way.
The cable: refunded when it comes back to us.
Other hardware: final sale, apart from the dead on arrival exchange above.
If we have not delivered: cancel any time before your calibration is delivered for a full refund, no fee.
How to start a claim or a return
- Email [email protected] with your order number, your engine code and what is wrong. For a tune, attach your latest logs.
- We answer Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm Eastern, in English or Spanish.
- Do not ship anything until we say so. We tell you where to send it and what to include.
- Refunds go back to the payment method you used.
