GTS calibrations are developed for vehicles with all factory emissions equipment intact and functional. Features that remove or raise factory speed and rev limits are intended for closed-course use only. These calibrations are not CARB-certified, and the customer is responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, including the emissions and inspection requirements of their jurisdiction.

Its finally here! We are PROUD to be able to offer the most capable and best performing bolton K04 hybrid for the TT225/S3! This unit is capable of anywhere from 265whp on a complete bone stock 1.8T motor (with proper fueling and software) to over 350whp with the proper mods.
Our software is tightly integrated with this setup to deliver the best power possible with the least amount of mods necessary without sacrificing reliability or driveability.
Our new GTTx turbo line is the direct succesor of the already powerful GTT and improves things by upgrading the cast 2283 wheel into a custom spec wheel and a custom spec RS6 turbine wheel. Both of these wheels cannot be found anywhere else and are a Gonzo Tuning exclusive.
There is simply NOTHING like it. This is the most powerful production bolton hybrid K04 turbo for the 1.8T, reinvented!
This turbo kit includes:
(4) GTS 610cc Dual Spray Cone Injectors
(4) USCAR to Jetronic Adapters
(1) GTS TT225 Silicone Turbo Inlet Pipe
Gonzo Tuning Stage 3 Software
(1) GTTx-02x Hybrid Turbocharger
This coupled with an exhaust upgrade is is ALL you need to for your TT225/S3 to make over 270fwhp with pump gas.
If opt to run E85 you can expect 350fwhp, which will require forged rods, a 4bar pressure regulator and possibly a fuel pump upgrade.
Why GTS
Tuning since 2010, as Gonzo Tuning first and as GTS since 2013. Every calibration is written in house and the flashing tool is ours, not a rebadged package, and we never ask for remote access to your computer. Your original calibration is kept, so the car can go back to stock whenever you want it to. Reflashes carry a one-year warranty, and if you are not happy you can ship the ECU back for a refund under our return policy. Support in English and Spanish.
Ordering from Canada or overseas
Canadian owners have ordered from us since 2014 and Canada is our second-largest market. The tune is delivered digitally, the cable is delivered within Canada with no customs and no import fees, we accept Canadian cards, and return shipping on a mail-in ECU is free. Anywhere else in the world, remote tuning needs the car, the cable and an internet connection, nothing else. We have tuned cars in Australia, Germany, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Hungary, Puerto Rico, Panama, Costa Rica and Barbados.
